My push-up fitness challenge is a on minute challenge that literally takes one minute a day. You read that right too. For one minute I challenge you to do as many push-ups as you can. Add a serious core workout to that by pulling your knee to your chest in between each push-up. It looks easy, but trust me I have never been so sore.
I was so sore from doing this for just one minute. My core was sore and so was my arms. I tried doing this the next day and I was so sore I barely got through a minute! I used the dumbbells to hold my arms in place. It firmly plants your hands in place so you are locked into one spot. If you know workout you know what pushups especially when you sweat moves your hands.
Fitness is a lifestyle. It is not easy and something you personally have to push yourself to do. This push-up challenge pushes you physically and mentally. You have to push through the pain for on-minute and know you can take on this challenge. Most of all it makes you feel accomplished once you complete it for a minute.
